On our wedding day
Mani & tattoos = after the jump :)
When we got married we decided we wanting matching tattoos but didn't want any names or dates. I remembered the movie The Number 23 (where all things can be turned to numbers and all come out to the same end product) and started configuring. We figured if you add the digits in our anniversary date it comes up to 21, as did a lot of other things (names and such) so we decided on blackjack tattoos. We both got a tattoo of 3 playing cards with a trucker girl (mine has a queen, his a king). The plan is to go back on the major anniversaries (5, 10, 20 etc) and get a poker chip underneath. Tonight we are going to get a king and queen tattoo on our ring fingers. (UPDATED- Added new tattoo!)

So on to the mani, each nail has two coat of base color. The art is done with either acrylic paint or striper polish and dotter/paint brushes. Two coats of Seche to even all art out. I chose to do the same 3 cards from the tattoo on my ring finger, and a $5 poker chip on my thumb. The other fingers are alternating suits of the deck. COLORS USED:

Red: China Glaze Ruby Pumps
White & Red Details: LA Color Art Deco Stripers in White & Red Glitter
Black Details: Black Acrylic Paint
