It was incredibly bright and i kept meaning to matte coat it and never got around to it.
This is one coat Pure Ice Iced Copper, two coats Finger Paints Fall of Surprises and one
coat Sally Hansen Insta-dri Topcoat. I love how this copper glitter
applies, very dense, with no fishing or dabbing to place the hexes.
